Take Off Weight Naturally Clubs of Victoria
TOWN Clubs encourage weight loss, by promotion of a nutritional eating regime, at weekly meetings that include weigh-in and group therapy. This has been designed to stimulate the exchange of ideas for healthy living and exercise. TOWN Clubs strongly discourage the use of non-prescribed medication and substitute food.
